Career Plan-it Workshop
If you have been wondering where your career is headed, you're not alone. Every day people are constantly making changes in their work lives - changes like finding new work, going back to school, or switching careers.
Career & Transition Services offers Career Plan-it workshops to help you learn and explore your career interests and options.
Workshop Overview
- Includes information session and 4 additional sessions with the same group
- Learn about the career planning process (Knowing yourself, Exploring Work & Learning Opportunities and Knowing How and Making Life/Work Decisions)
- Explore your interests, values, personality and skills
- Self-assessment activities
- Research possible work/life options (collect occupation and learning opportunities info)
- Create a plan of action – identify the necessary steps to help you achieve your career goals
Schedule & Fees
Workshop fee is $25 + HST. Fee must be paid at the Information Session to confirm your seat. Career Plan-it is available to NSCC students free of charge.
