Strategic Plan
A New Plan
Nova Scotia is facing significant challenges. We need a skilled and available workforce to achieve our economic potential. At the same time, we must live within the realities of fiscal restraint.
It is against this background that NSCC is creating a new strategic plan to guide the College into the future. This will not be a "blue sky' plan that sets a new direction for NSCC. Instead, it will focus on how we can obtain the most impact on our mission – Building Nova Scotia's economy and quality of life through education and innovation.
Planning Process
We are beginning with a series of external consultations which will include public, community and industry stakeholders. Then we'll hear from our students and employees. A new strategic plan will go to the NSCC Board of Governors for approval in the Spring of 2012.
