Voting opens on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 7 AM and closes on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 10:00 PM.
Voting Instructions
To ensure that you are able to access the form and submit your vote, please follow the instructions outlined below.
- Click the following Link to access the online voting – 2011 BOG Staff Election
(Not live until 7AM October 31) - When asked to enter your User Name and Password, enter "CAMPUS\W#" (e.g. CAMPUS\W0123456). Use CAMPUS and not the name of your campus; the W# is your employee number starting with the W and no spaces.
- Click on your Staff Group 'Online ballot' Link to access the online voting for your staff group and cast your vote for one candidate. You're only permitted to cast one vote, and are limited to voting for a person in your staff group.
- Click 'Finish' to submit the form.
