NSCC Foundation Values

Donor Focused
We are dedicated to listening to our donors and their intentions while working with them to accomplish their wishes in support of NSCC. We will help direct their support through the appropriate channels to best meet their needs and we will ensure their support is stewarded in a timely and personal fashion. We will steward our supporters with respect and consideration and we will act responsibly with their gifts.

Priority Driven
Understanding that there are many diverse needs, we will focus our resources on the priorities as outlined by the College. These priorities will require input and consultation from the college community and will be reviewed on a regular basis.

Partner Considerate
We recognize the strength of our partners, both internally and externally and we will use a collaborative approach that demonstrates trust, goodwill and accountability.

College Sensitive
While focusing on specific priorities outlined by the Board of Governors, we recognize that we represent the College and all its schools and campuses. We will ensure that our work brings pride to the College and we will strive to make the most of all opportunities presented.

Donor Bill of Rights

Each year, we will re-commit to the international Donor Bill of Rights.

The Donor Bill of Rights was created by the American Association of Fund Raising Counsel (AAFRC), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). It has been endorsed by numerous organizations.
